Nominations for the offices of:
President * Secretary-Treasurer * 1st Vice President * 2nd Vice President & Chief Stewards
Thursday, September 10th at 7:30 p.m. at 609 Canion St
The offices of President and Secretary-Treasurer are at-large positions and any member in good standing can be nominated. The offices of 1st Vice President (AT&T Mobility and Print Sector) and 2nd Vice President (AT&T Southwest, Verizon, Avaya, AT&T NIC) must be nominated by their respective groups as defined in ARTICLE X of the CWA Local 6132 Bylaws. Nominations for Chief Steward must be made by a member of the represented group as well.
Nominations for the offices of President, Secretary-Treasurer, 1st Vice President & 2nd Vice President shall also constitute a nomination of the same person as a delegate to all CWA Conventions held during the three year term.
All nominees must be present to accept the nominations or submit a letter of acceptance prior to the nomination process. After nominations, ballots will be delivered electronically using personal cell phone numbers and email addresses.
